Shipping & Delivery

Before receiving your order, please make sure that the package is properly sealed when delivered.

• Orders should be checked after receiving them from the courier, not while the courier is present.

• Once you receive your order confirmation message that it has been shipped, cancellation or refusal to receive the order will result in deducting the shipping fees from your booking amount.

• Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but we always aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

• Please ensure that your address and contact information are correct to avoid any delay in delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

Before submitting a return or exchange request, please make sure the product is in its original, unopened condition and packaging.

• You can request an exchange or return on the same day of delivery or the following day at the latest.

• If the return or exchange is requested for personal reasons and not due to an error in the order, shipping fees for both sending and returning will be charged.

• Returns or exchanges are not accepted for opened or used products unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

• Refunds are processed after receiving and checking the returned items.
