The order should be inspected after receiving it from the delivery agent, not in their presence, ensuring that it is received sealed as shipped.
An exchange or return request can be made on the same day of receipt or the following day at the latest.
Important: If the order is not received or is canceled after the shipping confirmation message has been sent, the shipping cost will be deducted from the reservation amount.
